    If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help you choose the right size.

  • Yes. Our items are unisex unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Shipping rates:

    Europe: €6.95
    United States: €7.95
    International (Tier 1): €9.95
    International: €11.95

    Free shipping on orders over €90

  • Yes. Orders over €90 qualify for free shipping worldwide.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days before shipment.

    Estimated delivery times after shipment:

    Europe: 7–14 business days
    United States: 7–14 business days
    International: 10–20 business days

    From order to delivery, orders may take approximately 2–4 weeks depending on location.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Returns & Issues

  • If you realize that you ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible.

    If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update the size for you. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the size.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

  • We are currently unable to offer standard returns or exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind. Please make sure to check the size guide on the product page before placing your order. If you experience any issues with your order, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
